Meaning in English
Allah—none deserves worship except Him, the Ever-Living, the One who sustains all. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes Him. Everything in the heavens and on earth belongs to Him. Who could intercede with Him except with His permission? He knows what lies before them and what is behind them. They grasp nothing of His knowledge except what He wills. His Kursi encompasses the heavens and the earth, and preserving them does not weary Him. He is the Most High, the Magnificent.

Transliteration as a temporary bridge
Allahu la ilaha illa huwal-hayyul-qayyum. La ta’khudhuhu sinatun wa la nawm. Lahu ma fis-samawati wa ma fil-ard. Man dhal-ladhi yashfa‘u ‘indahu illa bi’idhnih. English letters approximate sounds and do not teach all articulation or stopping rules. Match one phrase with a reliable recitation, then have a teacher hear your attempt. The divisions here are study aids, not a substitute for learning Quranic pause signs.

Common questions
Is Ayatul Kursi a surah?
It is one verse: Surah Al-Baqarah 2:255. Calling it a separate surah confuses its location in the Quran.
Can I learn only from transliteration?
Transliteration helps at the beginning but does not accurately represent every Arabic sound. Combine the Arabic, reliable listening and teacher correction.
