Refund & Cancellation Policy

At QuranCrest Academy, we strive to ensure total satisfaction for parents and students. We maintain clear, fair, and transparent billing policies.

1. Free Assessment Risk-Free Guarantee

Our initial assessment is 100% free with no credit card required. You are under no obligation to subscribe to a paid plan after the assessment session.

2. Monthly Subscription Cancellation

All tuition plans operate on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting support via WhatsApp or emailing info@qurancrest.com at least 3 business days before your next billing date.

3. Refund Requests

If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of starting a new monthly subscription, you may request a pro-rated refund for unconducted future lessons.

4. Class Misses & Makeup Sessions

If a class is cancelled by the academy or tutor, a makeup lesson will be scheduled at your convenience, or credit applied toward the following month's fee.
