Terms of Service

Welcome to QuranCrest Academy. By booking a free assessment or enrolling in our classes, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Free Assessment

Each family is eligible for one free 30-minute assessment per student. No credit card is required to attend the trial lesson.

2. Monthly Subscription & Billing

Class plans are billed on a month-to-month basis. Payments are due at the start of each monthly cycle. There are no long-term contracts. Parents may pause or cancel enrollment at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

3. Class Attendance & Rescheduling

Students are expected to join live video classes punctually. If a student needs to miss a scheduled class due to illness or emergency, parents must notify the academy coordinator at least 12 hours in advance to arrange a make-up session subject to tutor availability.

4. Tutor Requests & Changes

Families may request a male or female tutor preference. If at any time a family feels a tutor match is not optimal, they may request a tutor change through support.
