Child Safety & Parent Protection Standards

At QuranCrest Academy, child safety and student wellbeing are foundational principles. We understand that parents entrust us with their children's Islamic education, and we maintain rigorous operational standards to ensure every lesson takes place in a safe, transparent, and encouraging environment.
1. Open Parent Observation Policy
Parents and guardians are always welcome to observe live classes at any time. We encourage parents of young children (ages 5-8) to sit nearby during initial sessions to build comfort and familiarity.
2. Parent-Only Communication Channels
Tutors do not communicate directly with minor students outside of official video class hours. All scheduling, progress updates, reminders, and payment conversations take place exclusively through verified parent contact channels (email or parent WhatsApp).
3. Tutor Screening & Conduct Code
All tutors undergo a thorough multi-stage vetting process including academic recitation evaluations, teaching interviews, identity verification, and training in child-friendly educational manners (Adab).
4. Gender-Specific Tutor Matching
We offer dedicated female tutors for young girls and adult sisters, as well as male tutors for boys and adult brothers, respecting family cultural and religious preferences.
